Custommade is an international fashion company represented in multibrand stores, international webshops and department stores across Scandinavia and Europe. Since 2002, Custommade has encouraged the feminine woman's unique and individual style with its timeless designs and understated elegance.
We seek an ambitious and experienced Sales Representative Sweden for a newly created position, who, with an outgoing personality and a personal drive, will help to further develop Custommade's sales through a trustworthy collaboration with our existing - as well as new customers in Sweden. You become a key player in the further development of Custommade, where your primary responsibility is to build and secure growth across our Swedish market with the development of our market position within the Custommade segment. You will have the strategic sales responsibility and will as well be responsible for developing and ensuring close collaboration with Key Accounts in Sweden.
The position refers to our Nordic Country Manager and will be part of a close collaboration with our Sales Support team at the headquarters in Copenhagen.
We imagine that you are service minded and energetic, you possess strong communication skills with a natural ability to create trustworthy relationships. You are social and have a friendly, comfortable and outgoing personality, with great abilities to advise and inspire the customers.
Professionally, you have minimum 3 – 5 years experience from the Swedish fashion industry, you are structured and have skills in several disciplines within sales, just as you know what it takes to further develop a brand. You have a natural passion for fashion and trends, and you follow what happens on the international fashion scene.
You enjoy working as part of a team and motivated by representing our style, a successful brand and our values for the purpose of maintaining our strong position on the Swedish market.
You have excellent negotiating skills and are accustomed to committing yourself at a strategic level. You are self-confident, and driven by building something from scratch and motivated by seeing it grow. You thrive in an action-oriented culture where you will have a great responsibility and a high degree of freedom to pursue your own ideas in the field.
We expect you to be outgoing and persistent and have a great desire to provide good customer care in terms of high visitor activity with our customers.
