ORDER TRACKING 

After placing an order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Please check the email to make sure all information is correct. 

In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an email detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.

 

As soon as we have processed and shipped your order, you will receive another email with your tracking code.

Shipping times will vary from country to country. Please check the different transit times below.

 

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

DENMARK:

 

ENJOY FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER 1000 DKK

 

You can select between GLS PakkeShop or Post Danmark privat omdeling. Shipping time is 1-3 working days for both solutions. 

What's the difference? It's rather a question whether you wish to receive the parcel to you home address or if you are satisfied with the cheaper solution of GLS where you pick up the parcel in the nearest pick up store. If you choose GLS PakkeShop you will get a text message when your order is ready for pick up.

 

Shipping costs:

Denmark

GLS PakkeShop 40,- DKK (1-3 working days)

Post Danmark (husomdeling) 80,- DKK (1-3 working days) 

 

The delivery time for both solutions is the same. The difference is the delivery place. For GLS PakkeShop your package will be delivered to the nearest pick up place - PakkeShop. See PakkeShop locations here. Post Danmark delivers to your doorstep. 

 

We offer free returns on all orders. In your order, you will find an enclosed return label which you have to attach on the parcel when you return it. You need to go to nearest GLS Pakkeshop to return your order. Make sure you always get a note of postal. Read more about returning your order here. 

 

 

GERMANY:

In Germany, we ship with Der Kurier and UPS.

UPS Standard € 10 (3-4 working days)

We offer free returns on all orders. UPS will pick up your parcel if you wish to return some items. Please follow the return instructions enclosed with your order.

If you are not around to take the delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to collect your package. Alternatively, the carrier will try 2 more times to deliver the package. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched and we will not ship your package again if you weren’t able to collect your package. Most deliveries are done in the daytime so using you work address for delivery can be a good idea.

All orders from Norway are subject to tax and duties that will be invoiced separately upon arrival. All Norwegian orders will be subject to 10.7% Custom tax and 25% Norwegian VAT + an extra UPS handling fee. Tax and duties may not be refundable to Non-EU customers wishing to return items.

CANCELLATIONS:
