RETURNS & REFUNDS
HOW TO RETURN YOU ORDER:
We gladly accept returns within 14 days from you receiving your order.
Returns are at your own expense.
Please make sure not to remove the hangtags on the items you wish to return.
To return your purchase, follow these easy steps:
Please note that we do not take responsibility for items lost when shipping back. We therefore recommend for your own safety that you keep the postage receipt with the tracking number.
Once your return has been received and it complies with our returns policy as stated below, you will receive a return confirmation on email and we will refund you by your original payment method.
We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached hangtags and before disposing of any original packaging;
Items must be returned
You are more than welcome to try on the clothes and footwear, but please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original boxes and dustbags provided and inside a protective shipping box. If the item comes with a security hangtag this must be left on. If the security tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded.
We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit. If you return part of your order, we do not refund the shipping cost. However, if you return the whole order we do refund the shipping fee as well.
Make sure not to remove the hangtags on the items you wish to return. We only accept your returned item if the hangtag is attached and the item is unused, unwashed and unworn.
After we have received your returned items, you will be issued the appropriate refund. We aim to process your refund within 14 days of receiving your parcel. You will receive an email as soon as your returned order has been processed and the amount refunded.
After you have received the email, please allow up to 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you have. Unfortunately, this delay is outside of our control. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. In the event that we are unable to refund your credit card we will contact you to arrange an alternative method of refunding your order.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING SALE PERIODS REFUNDS MAY TAKE A LITTLE WHILE LONGER. However we do aim to still manage refunds within 14 days from receiving the parcel.
PLEASE NOTICE: Tax and duties may not be refundable to Non-EU customers wishing to return items.
