Customer Service





We offer free returns on all orders. In your parcel, you will find an enclosed return label to attach on the parcel. We have a 14 days return policy. The return label is only valid for a limited amount of time so please make sure to send back the returned items within 14 days after receiving your order. 

In all other countries than Denmark, we strongly recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives at our warehouse in time. Please note we can only collect returns from the same country to which your order was delivered. 

Please also make sure to enclose the return note with the order to enable us to refund you. 


It may take up to 14 working days from the day you return your order until we have processed your return and refunded the money to you account, you will receive an email when your returned order has been processed.   



In Denmark, we use POSTDANMARK/POSTNORD for all our returns. Even though you choose GLS for delivery, you have to return the parcel at the nearest POSTDANMARK/POSTNORD post office and don't forget to get a receipt

Please notice that we only accept a returned item if it is unused and still carries an unbroken hangtag.




For all other countries, we use UPS for returns. Please call UPS on one of the below numbers to arrange for a pick up return service. UPS can pick up your parcel at home or at work. 

Please attach the return label on the parcel and make sure to enclose the return note together with the returned items.

Once your return has been received and it complies with our returns policy as stated below, you will receive a return confirmation on email and we will refund you by your original payment method.

We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached hangtags and before disposing of any original packaging;

Items must be returned

  •     unworn
  •     unwashed
  •     undamaged
  •     unused
  •     and with their unbroken original hangtags.


You are more than welcome to try on the clothes and footwear, but please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.

Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original boxes and dustbags provided and inside a protective shipping box. If the item comes with a security hangtag this must be left on. If the security tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded.

We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit. If you return part of your order, we do not refund the shipping cost. However, if you return the whole order we do refund the shipping fee as well. 



If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free return service. You may return your purchase within 14 days after delivery. To return your purchase, follow these easy steps:


1. Pack the products you wish to return - ideally in the parcel originally provided. Ensure that the products have been carefully packed.

2.  Fill out the Returns Note enclosed with the order and enclose the note in the package. It is important that you enclose the Return Note with your returns in order for us to process your refund correctly.

3. Attach the enclosed prepaid label to your parcel. The label is prepaid, you do not have to pay anything to return the parcel. Please use the address stated on the label.


FOR DENMARK: Take the parcel to your nearest POSTDANMARK/POSTNORD post office and make sure to get a receipt. 


FOR OTHER COUNTRIES: Please call the local UPS to arrange a free pick up - see contact details above. (Our Norwegian customers need to enclose a pro forma invoice with the returned order as well. Use 5 copies of your enclosed invoice as proforma invoice.)


Make sure not to remove the hangtags on the items you wish to return. We only accept your returned item if the hangtag is attached and the item is unused, unwashed and unworn.




After we receive and process your return, you will be issued with the appropriate refund. 

We aim to process a refund within 14 days of receiving your parcel, and send you an email to let you know we have received and processed it.

After you have received the email, please allow up to 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you have. Unfortunately, this delay is outside of our control. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. In the event that we are unable to refund your credit card we will contact you to arrange an alternative method of refunding your order.


PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING SALE PERIODS REFUNDS MAY TAKE A LITTLE WHILE LONGER. However we do aim to still manage refunds within 14 days from receiving the parcel.
