Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Custommade ApS.

We offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, undamaged and returned in the original shoe box (which must also be in its original condition).

Items where a different return rule applies will always be clearly stated on the product page.

Returns

We offer free shipping on all orders, but return shipping is paid by the customer.

You can register your return through our return portal here: $INSERTLINK$.
Once your return has been registered, you can send the item back to us within the 14-day period.

Please note:

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

• The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

• We do not accept returns sent without proper packaging or returns delivered without prior registration.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you will pay for the return shipment of the original product.
The replacement item will be shipped to you free of charge.

All exchanges depend on available stock.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been inspected and approved, we will refund the amount to your original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Sale items follow the same return rules as regular items unless specifically stated on the product page.

 

Non-returnable items

If a product is non-returnable, this will be clearly stated on the individual product page.

Warranty

All products are covered by the standard 24-month warranty under Danish law.
This includes manufacturing defects but not wear and tear or incorrect use.
