By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Custommade sells exclusively to private consumers within Europe.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Products & availability
We do our best to ensure all information, images and stock levels are correct.
However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders if:

If this happens, we will contact you immediately.
3. Pre-order items
From time to time, we may offer products as pre-orders.
Estimated delivery dates are provided on the product page.
These dates are indicative and may change.
4. Pricing
All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be updated and changed without notice.
5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or third-party providers.
6. Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders.

7. Returns & exchanges
You have 14 days to return your order.
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Exchanges are shipped free of charge once the returned item is received.

8. Warranty
All products are covered by a 24-month warranty according to Danish consumer law.
9. Marketing & communication
By completing a purchase, you consent to receiving necessary transactional emails.
Marketing emails are only sent if you actively sign up for our newsletter.
10. Liability
Custommade ApS is not responsible for delays, system failures or force majeure events beyond our control.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law.
Any dispute will be handled by the Danish courts.
