We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of destination.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Delivery times depend on the country of destination.

We currently ship to all countries within Europe.

Shipping carriers

Your order will be shipped with one of the following carriers depending on your location:

• GLS

• DAO

• PostNord

• DHL

The carrier is automatically selected based on the shipping address and service availability.

Delivery time

Delivery time varies by country and carrier.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link.

Pre-orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, the full order will be shipped once the pre-order item is ready.
The estimated delivery window will always be noted on the product page.

Failed deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us due to failure to collect, incorrect address or refusal of delivery, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.
