Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

Registration
When placing a pre-order, you will be required to provide information such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Custommade shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can
update your information at any time prior to your item being shipped by sending an email to customerservice@custommade.dk.
Payment
You will be charged at the time of pre-order placement. All pre-orders are processed through our secure payment platform. Methods of payment accepted include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and others as made available by our payment provider. Your placing of a
pre-order constitutes your express agreement to the charging of your provided payment method at such time. The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes, and other government charges, which are your responsibility.
Cancellation
Cancellation of orders is not allowed once the “Order Form” has been submitted and paid nor could it be exchanged for other items or services. All pre-orders made are considered as sold.
Estimated Shipping
Shipment is based on the shipping schedule of our selected courier. The expected shipping date for pre-order products will be clearly noted on the product page and in your order confirmation receipt. Such date is only an estimate and is subject to delays in manufacturing or delivery. Although we anticipate shipment by the estimated date, we cannot guarantee this. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment is not met, Custommade is not
responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay (technical problems of the shipping company, natural disasters, customs clearing, etc.), nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these terms, to provide any discount, refunds, or credits due to such delays. Products will be shipped in the order in which your pre-order is received by the company. Once the products have landed and are received by our team, you will be informed via the email address you have provided. We will immediately have all your orders packed within the next 24
hours and schedule them for shipment. In the case of lost items during shipment, we shall refund in full the amount that you have paid.
Non-Transferable
Pre-orders are non-transferable. All orders made shall ship directly to the person and address specified in the order form. We will not entertain such requests to protect the privacy and security of our customers.
