These terms and conditions apply to all sales and deliveries made by Custommade, unless a written agreement between you and Custommade overrides these provisions or they conflict with
mandatory consumer protection laws.
Governing Law
When shopping on Custommade.dk, Danish laws on purchase and contractual obligations, including consumer purchase regulations, apply. As a consumer, you are protected under applicable Danish legislation, primarily the Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) and the Consumer Agreements Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven).
Agreement
Custommade does not store a full copy of the agreement between you and Custommade.dk but only retains a technical record of the transaction details. You are responsible for keeping proof of your purchase. A packing slip included in your order serves as your proof of purchase and must be saved and presented in case of complaints.
Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This is not a binding purchase agreement but a confirmation that your order has been received. A legally binding purchase agreement is only concluded once you receive a notification that your items have been shipped. Custommade.dk reserves the right to cancel your order due to pricing errors, technical issues, lack of stock, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation of Orders
Custommade.dk reserves the right to cancel an order if the ordered item cannot be delivered or if there is an error in the price. You will be notified immediately, and any payments or reservations made on your payment method will be refunded.
Risk and Responsibility
The responsibility for the goods transfers to you upon delivery. Once the goods are in your possession, they remain your responsibility until any potential return is received by Custommade. Custommade is not liable for more than what is stipulated by Danish law. Any disputes will be resolved under Danish law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret).
