Return Policy for Custommade
At Custommade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you can do so easily using our Return Portal. Please review our return policy below for details.How to Return an Item
1. Access the Return Portal:
Visit our Return Portal to start your return process.
2. Enter Your Details:
Provide your order number and email address to access your order.
3. Select Items to Return:
Choose the items you wish to return and indicate the reason for the return.
4. Generate a Return Label:
Follow the instructions to generate your prepaid return label.
5. Pack and Ship:
Securely pack your items, attach the return label, and drop the package off at your nearest shipping location.

Return Conditions
1. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
2. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
3. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, which should also be protected during shipment.
4. Please note: Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted, and the item may be sent back to you.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return your item and place a new order.
